Business Motivation

I think money is a best way to motivate employees.  If a business man give more money to their employee for their good work , Employees will definitely work more hard to get more Bonus and pay, so the Owner of the company will also get more benefit and revenue from his business.

But we can not say that money is only a good motivator  because only money can not make their employees happy. There are also so many other factors that can motivate employees and other workers of a company. Their are some other factors that are also important for motivation and create happiness on work are as follows:

1) In a office team spirit is very important to make happiness and motivate. A Taken picture of all staff members and hang it in a visible spot. Most people like physically see themselves to be part of a group or a team.

2) Pizza/Popcorn/Cookie days; It is a natural tendency of people to get excited by these type of works and stayed motivate for their work.
